Sarah Ferguson: Prince Andrew played THIS joke on Jack Brooksbank
Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, and Prince Andrew divorced over two decades ago – but remain close.
In fact, Sarah and Prince Andrew even live together at the Royal Lodge in Windsor.
In an interview last night on BBC’s The One Show, Sarah gleefully described a practical joke her ex-husband played on the pair’s future son-in-law, Jack Brooksbank.
Jack will marry the couple’s youngest daughter, Princess Eugenie, later this year.
Unfortunately for Jack, he shares a first name with the family dog, also Jack.
Speaking to The One Show’s Michael Ball and Alex Jones, Sarah described Prince Andrew’s “brilliant” joke around the subject.
She said: “This is where Andrew’s brilliant, you see, because he says ‘Jaccck get off that chair!’.
“Jack, son-in-law Jack, jumps up and says ‘Argh what have I done now’.
“Then we all say ‘No, not that Jack!’,” she added.
Sarah also revealed her and Prince’s shared mantra for life.
“The thing about Andrew and I is that we go with our hearts,” she said.
“We go with the family unity. It’s about seeing the light in life.”
She also gushed about Jack, calling him “an amazing bringer of light.”
Earlier this week, Sarah Ferguson was pictured leaving a Mayfair club.
Sporting a makeup-free look, she looked calm and happy and she exited the night club.
She opted for bare legs under her dress, which was appropriate for the summer heat. On her feet she had her favourite flat black Pretty Ballerinas loafers.
She also wore a bright orange double-breasted blazer which was left open.
The gorgeous redhead looked glowing as she left the club yesterday evening.
Her trademark flame coloured locks were worn loose and tousled.
She also accessorised with a black handbag, which had a bright orange pom pom to match her jacket.
